Leipzig, 25 June 2019 – DeskCenter Solutions AG has appointed Benedikt Gasch as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The 39-year-old software asset management (SAM) and IT service management (ITSM) expert is now responsible for the product management and development of Leipzig’s software manufacturer, with the aim of developing a comprehensive DeskCenter Management Suite Unified Endpoint Management solution. The focus is on maximizing user-friendliness of the solution, which will be significantly upgraded, especially in Service Management application.
Benedikt Gasch joined DeskCenter Solutions AG in 2012 and began his career at the Leipzig IT management solution provider as a senior consultant before becoming director of product management in 2016. In his new role as CTO, he is responsible for the product development of DeskCenter Solutions AG, from the roadmap to development, to the marketing of product releases. His goal is to expand the DeskCenter Management Suite (DCMS) into a comprehensive solution for Unified Endpoint Management that provides not only IT administrators, but every user of an IT workstation, with the highest possible level of service, security, and comfort.
