The following terms and conditions of Deskcenter UK Ltd (Deskcenter) will be applied for all legal acts with customers that do not involve an end user. All quotations, deliveries and services (including Consulting) of Deskcenter shall exclusively be on the basis of the terms and conditions of Deskcenter. These terms and conditions also applied to future business relations between Deskcenter and the customer in its currently valid version.
