Leipzig, 21th of July 2022 – Holger Bergens has been working for Deskcenter AG as Team Leader Professional Services since 2021. Now he has been appointed to the management board by the international software company for IT asset and lifecycle management. As Chief Services Officer (CSO), Bergens is now responsible for the Professional Services, Customer Support, Presales and Internal IT departments.
In my position as Chief Service Officer (CSO), all departments that provide services for customers and partners are brought together under one roof. In this way, we bundle our technical expertise to optimally support our customers. And we quickly equip new partners with the necessary know-how so that they are successful right from the start.

To this end, the experienced solution architects advise customers and partners on system selection and assist in the introduction of the modular Deskcenter Management Suite: from setup and configuration to integration into existing IT architectures. The team also designs and conducts customer training courses.

Bergens knows first-hand about the challenges in IT support and consulting: the trained communications electronics technician first worked for several years as a system administrator and solution architect. After studying business informatics part-time, he joined Deskcenter in 2019 as a system engineer. Two years later, he took over as Team Leader Professional Services and trained to become a Master in Big Data & Business Analytics.
