SONAX GmbH develops and produces successful products for vehicle care at Neuburg an der Donau. The 13 employees in the information centre, including Andreas Kaltenstadler, system administrator at Sonax, manage 550 clients throughout the HOFFMANN corporate group at several locations from the Neuburg site. A central IT management solution for inventorisation, user management and audit-proof licence management provide a lasting overview of the software products.
The hospital Agatharied GmbH is a non-profit GmbH and employs over 1,000 people. Located in the heart of the district of Miesbach, four hospitals were merged into a central care and health centre in 1998. The main reason for the acquisition of Deskcenter was the relief of the IT department in the IT service area. Another important factor in the selection process was a KPMG-certified solution that would withstand future SAM audits.

Six clinics are directly networked at this location. 12 people are employed in hospital IT and they have points of contact both with hospital IT and medical technology. The Swiss Association for Standardization (SNV) is the direct representative for global (via the ISO) and European standards (via CEN) in Switzerland and is also a hub for numerous other national and international standardization networks. It acts on behalf of Swiss business and society and represents their interests. Since 2013 the SNV has successfully managed its IT environment with Deskcenter Management Suite.
