Unfortunately, the impacts of the coronavirus also affect our company. We would like to inform you about our current risk measures and the further procedure regarding the COVID-19 outbreak:
- As a modern IT company, we are fortunately able to send our employees to home office and are currently using this option.
- Our technical support is still available for you as usual. Please use for your support requests, if possible, mainly the ticket function in our support centre:

- All other employees you can reach via your usual contact options.
- All customer and partner appointments as well as training courses will not be held in the Deskcenter Office and switched over to telephone conferences until further notice. Appointments can therefore take place remotely as far as possible. We will inform you individually.
All arrangements in our company have been planned in advance. For this reason, they come into effect without problems. Thus, we do not expect any serious interruptions of regular business activities. Of course, we will continue to monitor the current situation in Leipzig and Germany and keep you up to date.
