Deskcenter, the solution provider for IT management, nominates Holger Maul as its new CEO, simultaneously furthering its international growth strategy

Leipzig, 1st April 2020 – Deskcenter AG has appointed Holger Maul as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and made a change in the make-up of its executive board. On 1 April 2020, the industry insider and IT expert took the reins as CEO of the software company, while Christoph Harvey took up his position as Senior Vice President International, further take responsibility for strengthening the company’s focus on internationalization.

There’s a new top executive in charge at software manufacturer Deskcenter AG. Holger Maul, formerly Chief Operating Officer of Deskcenter AG and a renowned expert in the area of IT management, is the IT company’s new CEO with effect from 1st April this year. With his many years of experience as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and CEO at Matrix42 and mamasolutions GmbH, he plans to drive growth at both a national and international level.

He will also work with Christoph Harvey, new Senior Vice President International and former Deskcenter CEO, to develop a groundbreaking strategy for internationalization. Just recently, the company announced the successful completion of a major capital increase thanks to an investment by the international investor Seafort Advisors GmbH & Co. KG. With his many years of experience in global markets, Christoph Harvey will take responsibility to strengthen and expand Deskcenter AG’s international connections. Holger Maul himself describes the change in the executive board as a clever business move:
