- Already have experience as an application developer
- Actually enjoy handling Oracle databases rather than finding them a pain in the neck
- Be up to date in terms of object-oriented XML programming
- Have an impeccable command of written and spoken German and English
- Bring to the table an extremely hands-on mentality
- Like process-oriented thinking the best and
- Simply have an incredible passion for the subject matter within themself.
